		<description>I am saddened that Obama still does not close caption these web videos for the hearing impaired. Us deafies have brought this up with his campaign before. He&#039;ll fix the problem, but only for a couple videos. His office should be doing it as a consistent matter. I would think that if he keeps these up, that the captioning issue would be required by accessibility laws.</description>
